Faribault County, Minnesota

Faribault County is located in south central Minnesota. It is named for Jean-Baptiste Faribault, a French lawyer.
The seat and largest city are both Blue Earth. The Blue Earth River runs through the county.
Faribault County borders Blue Earth, Waseca, Freeborn and Martin Counties in Minnesota, as well as Winnebago and Kossuth Counties in Iowa.
Main roads through the county include I-90, US-169, MN-22 and MN-109.
